Currently serving as a Solutions Architect and previously as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Wicresoft since March 2018, Jim has also held senior engineering roles at Brighter Connections Managed Services Ltd and Hollinbay, where responsibilities included managing a technical support team. In addition to a successful IT career, Jim has a rich background in professional rugby league, having played for several clubs, including Halifax RLFC and Huddersfield Giants RLFC, and coaching an under-20 team. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University and various IT certifications from Firebrand Training.
