Ana Silvia Schuenck has extensive experience in advocacy and support services, currently serving as a Children Advocate III at Women In Distress of Broward County, Inc. since January 2008, where responsibilities include assisting children and mothers affected by domestic violence. Previously, Ana worked as a Personal Assistant from September 2013 to December 2015, managing household duties independently. Additionally, Ana served as a Simultaneous Interpreter for Cesar and Fritsch Offshore in Macaé, Brazil, from September 2012 to July 2013, providing translation services for foreign trainees in specialized courses. Ana's educational background includes coursework from multiple institutions in Macaé, Brazil, along with a degree from Santa Doroteia University and specialized training in Helicopter Underwater Escape and platform security.

Women In Distress
Women In Distress is the only nationally accredited, state-certified, full service domestic violence center serving Broward County, Florida. Our mission is to stop domestic violence abuse for everyone through intervention, education and advocacy.We strive to accomplish this mission through a 24-hour crisis line, emergency shelter program, individual counseling, support groups and professional trainings which are aimed at educating the community on domestic violence. Our confidential services are offered free of charge to victims of domestic violence no matter their age, gender, race or socio-economic status.
