Lacee Cottman

Lacee Cottman is an intern at The Office of Councilman James Torrenc, District 7 with the City of Baltimore since March 2023. In addition, Lacee has been interning with Wide Angle Youth Media since April 2019. Lacee completed a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Baltimore, where studies were undertaken from 2019 to 2023, and graduated from Western High School in 2019.
