Arunas Sidlauskas

Arunas Sidlauskas is a seasoned attorney and partner at WIDEN Legal Lithuania, specializing in tax disputes and consulting since February 2021. With over 21 years of experience in tax law, Arunas began a career in 1997 at Arthur Andersen as a Tax & Legal Advisor. Significant roles include managing partner at LawHouse, and Head of Tax and Legal Service Lines at Grant Thornton Baltic. Arunas has extensive expertise in mergers, divisions, and corporate restructuring and has contributed to various projects in tax litigation and business law. Arunas holds an LLM in Law from Vilnius University and furthered education with a diploma in Mergers & Acquisitions from The College of Law of England and Wales. Additional international relations credentials were obtained at Leiden University and the Institute of International Relations Clingendael.
