Jai Kim

Jai Kim is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in managing product strategies and operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Product Management at Wider Circle, Jai has previously held significant roles, including Manager of Strategy & Operations at Hat and Beyond, where notable achievements included a 120% revenue growth to $20 million in 2020. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Magnus Care, LLC, Jai secured seed funding and established partnerships to aid seniors through technology and caregiving services. Additional experience includes consulting for Aging2.0 and developing resources for the aging population, along with previous roles in business development and analysis. Jai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from UCLA and has a background in military service as a Staff Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Air Force.
