Matthew Diacont

Matthew Diacont is the Vice President of Expansion Operations at WiderCircle. Matthew is responsible for launching programs in new markets and operationalizing member acquisition strategies. Matthew has a background in finance, leadership, and strategic planning which they leverage to grow the organization's national footprint.

Previously, Matthew was the Head of Operations at Wider Circle. In this role, they managed both long-term expansion strategy and day-to-day operations in all communities and events. Matthew led the operations team responsible for outreach, staffing, and logistics for hundreds of events each month serving thousands of older adults. Matthew also established standard operating procedures across all calling, venue management, and program activities.

Prior to joining Wider Circle, Matthew was the Campus President at Concorde Career Colleges, Inc. from July 2016 to January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of campus operations, including admissions, academics, student services, and business development.

Before Concorde Career Colleges, Inc., Matthew was the Executive Director at Graham Holdings Company from July 2014 to March 2016. In this role, they oversaw the company's daily operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and product development.

Matthew Diacont has a M.Ed. in Adult & Organizational Development from Temple University, a B.S. in Business Administration - Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, and a Certificate in Change Management from the Association for Talent Development.
