Matthew Roberts currently serves as the Head of UK and Europe P&C and Business Operations Director at MX Underwriting, where a team of over 65 specialized underwriters focuses on dynamic and data-driven insurance solutions. Previously, Matthew held the position of Director and Shareholder at Widnes Vikings and served as Strategic Operations Manager at Specialist Risk Group, an ambitious insurance broker. Earlier experience includes roles at Marsh JLT Specialty Ltd as a Partner and Manager, and at JLT Specialty in various capacities. Matthew's career began at Bluefin, one of the UK's leading independent insurance brokers, where roles included Account Broker and Claims Broker. Matthew's professional journey also includes an accounts administration role at Hub Retail Ltd. Education was completed at Bishop Challoner RC School from 2003 to 2012.
