Gillian Carrington

Gillian Carrington is an experienced broadcasting and talent management professional currently serving as Broadcast Talent Director and Senior Talent Manager at Wieden + Kennedy since April 2019. Prior to this, Gillian held the position of Sr. Account Manager at The TEAM Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included client support for talent contracts and payroll processes. At BBDO Worldwide, from 1998 to 2016, Gillian served in various roles including Operations Manager, Client Budget Manager, and Talent Negotiator, effectively managing client budgets and overseeing talent functions for major clients such as P&G and FedEx. Earlier career experiences included positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where roles spanned from Assistant Media Planner to Talent Coordinator. Gillian holds a BA in Media Communications from Hunter College.
