Founded on the principle that everyone deserves - and can - live their best life with the proper support and resources, we aim to equip your employees with the skills necessary to meet life's challenges. Utilizing a pro-sports model of care, operating outside the traditional insurance and health care model by working directly with businesses and employees, we raise the standard and lower the cost of providing high level health and wellness care for small to mid-size companies and nonprofits. Our comprehensive multi-focal method creates a win-win environment for employee well-being and organizational growth.

Our Objective:
To strengthen and grow your business or nonprofit by developing employees who thrive in life. We help small to mid-size businesses and nonprofits prevent burnout, retain their top talent, and increase employee satisfaction/engagement by delivering a professional sports model of care directly to your workplace. Gone are the days of relying on generic HR employee wellness offerings. Take your team to the next level by raising the standard and providing tailored care to meet each of their individual needs.

How We Differ:
We are a local NE Indiana company that looks beyond the faceless, cookie-cutter approach to employee wellness. We are not a health plan or insurance. We utilize our extensive background in professional athletics to deliver a new, fully customizable and independent model of health and wellness programming. Our unique pro-sports model ensures a comprehensive focus on all 8 domains of employee well-being...not just physical health. Using research and data driven approaches with proven results driving engagement, increasing satisfaction, retaining talent, and lowering the risk of burnout, we target three key areas: Employee Well-Being, Employee Development, and Business Environment.
