Paweł Szataniak

Mr. Paweł Szataniak is a doctor of technical sciences, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Žilina; previously graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Częstochowa University of Technology (major: quality management). Mr. Paweł Szataniak is also a graduate of postgraduate studies at the Kozminski University in Warsaw (major: Kozminski Advanced Management Program).

He has many years of management experience. He started his adventure as an entrepreneur in 1993, when together with his brother Mariusz he founded the Pamapol company, based in Rusiec. Until 2008, Mr. Paweł Szataniak was the President of the Management Board of Pamapol SA, and from 2009 to June 2021 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pamapol SA and its subsidiaries.

Since June 2021, Mr. Paweł Szataniak has been the President of the Management Board of the Pamapol Capital Group.

Thanks to the opportunity, in 2006, Paweł and his brother became the majority shareholder in Wielton SA In the years 2010 - 2020, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wielton SA From July 1, 2020, he is the President of the Management Board of the Capital Group. In the Management Board, he is responsible, among others, for: creating a vision and setting further directions for the development of the Wielton Group.
