Boris Silic

Boris Silic is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data architecture and modeling. Currently serving as a Data Solutions Architect at Wien Energie GmbH since February 2023, Boris previously held the position of Lead Data Modeler at twinformatics GmbH from March 2021 to February 2023. Prior roles include DWH and Data Architect at Wien IT, where responsibilities encompassed data architecture and backend DWH architecture from August 2018 to February 2021, and Lead Modeler at Erste Group IT focusing on IBM model customization for the enterprise data warehouse from January 2014 to July 2018. Boris's career began as a DWH Developer at Raiffeisen Bank, specializing in ETL processes from August 2011 to January 2014, and included experience as a Senior Software Architect/Engineer at bwin.party digital entertainment from June 2006 to August 2011. Boris holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Belgrade, earned between 1991 and 1997.
