Michael Meier

Michael Meier is an experienced professional in health, safety, security, and emergency management, currently serving as an HSSE Expert in BCM & Security Management at Wien Energie GmbH since July 2013. In addition to this role, Michael has held positions in Sicherheits- & Brandschutzmanagement and Leitung Arbeitssicherheit. Michael also contributes as a member of the Freiwillige Feuerwehr der Stadt Stockerau since October 1998. Prior to his current role, experience at Wien Energie Fernwärme included a focus on Sicherheitsmanagement from August 2008 to July 2013. Michael is pursuing a Master of Science in OeRISK: Risikoprävention und Katastrophenmanagement at the University of Vienna, expected to be completed in 2024.
