Niklas Wiertz

Niklas Wiertz has a diverse work experience ranging from operations director to administrative roles. Niklas currently holds the position of Operations Director at Wiertz Company. Prior to this, they have worked as a Recruitment & Bid Manager, Sales Officer, and Consultant at the same company. Before joining Wiertz Company, Niklas was a Raadslid at Gemeente Kerkrade, a Secretaris at CDJA Limburg, and a Stagiair HR at the Amy Biehl Foundation Trust. Niklas also gained experience as a Stagiair Sales at Roda JC Kerkrade and as a Vrijwilliger at WMC Kerkrade.

Niklas Wiertz began their education in 2010 at Eijkhagen College, where they obtained their VWO diploma in June 2016, with a focus on Economics and Society. Niklas then enrolled at Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from 2016 to 2020. During their time at Zuyd Hogeschool, Niklas acquired additional certifications such as the Propedeuse People and Business Management in July 2017, MS Office Specialist in January 2017, and CVN Zakelijk Nederlands in November 2016. In December 2019, Niklas obtained the Wet Arbeidsmarkt in Balans Specialist certification from Wiertz Company. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Niklas is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at TIAS School for Business and Society.
