Theron Dodson

Theron Dodson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Theron started their career at Capital One, where they held various IT leadership positions, including data warehouse manager and Aide to the CIO. After leaving Capital One, they joined Egenera, a technology company, as a Director and played a key role in the company's growth and revenue generation. Theron then moved on to Ascendent Systems, a mobile smartphone software firm, where they served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Dodson's success at Ascendent Systems led him to Research In Motion (now known as BlackBerry), where they had two roles, including Senior Director of Mobile Voice System and Vice President of Business and Public Sector. During their time at Research In Motion, Dodson achieved significant revenue growth and managed a team responsible for millions of dollars in software revenue. Most recently, Dodson served as the COO of Wiese USA, a leading material handling service provider. In this role, they oversaw the company's operations, sales, marketing, finance, and strategy, generating strong results and fostering a positive company culture.

Theron Dodson obtained a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA with a focus on New Product and Venture Development from the MIT Sloan School of Management, completing it between 1999 and 2001.
