Sumit Gujrani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in value creation and performance improvement for private equity and mid-sized corporations. Currently serving as Managing Director at DUNE ADVISORS LIMITED since January 2015, Sumit specializes in cross-border transactions, due diligence, and operating model design. Additionally, Sumit invests and advises early-stage companies in the medical devices and telemedicine sectors, and serves as an advisor to charitable organizations in the UK through Impetus – The Private Equity Foundation. Prior experience includes a Director role in M&A Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, where Sumit led complex programs and managed a team of over 20 consultants. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
