Andrea Kroska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operational coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Coordinator at Wigen Water Technologies since December 2015, Andrea is responsible for scheduling technician workloads, managing work orders, assisting customers, and supporting project managers. Prior roles include Pulltab Assistant at NPHA, Service Account Lead at Checkview Security Solutions, and Service Operation Team Lead at Checkpoint Systems, where Andrea demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills.
