Adam Silverman

Adam Silverman is a seasoned attorney and co-founder of wiggin(x), established to support emerging and high-growth companies, their investors, and founders, since November 2022. As a partner at Wiggin and Dana LLP since May 2014, Adam advises both mature and emerging growth companies on a range of corporate matters, including commercial agreements, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and governance, with a focus on early-stage companies across various industries. Prior experience includes serving as an associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where Adam specialized in environmental aspects of corporate transactions, and multiple legal internships and clerkships. Adam holds a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law, focusing on Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, and a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from the University of Connecticut.
