Ana M. Oman is the Chief Knowledge Services Officer at Wiggin and Dana. She currently serves on the firm’s Space Planning Committee. Ana is a leader in developing the firm’s Knowledge Management vision and program. She oversees operations for the firm’s information hubs and provides in-depth research services that support Wiggin and Dana’s attorneys and clients across all practice areas. Ana is an avid student of information seeking behavior and how it is evolving in the modern knowledge landscape.

Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Ana was the Library Director at Gager, Henry & Narkis in Waterbury. She was also a librarian for the Second Circuit in New Haven and a senior reference librarian at the University of Bridgeport (now Quinnipiac University) Law Library.

Ana received her Masters of Library Science from the Syracuse University School of Information Science where she was a member of the Beta-Phi-Mu Honor Society. She graduated from C.W. Post College at Long Island University with degrees in Political Science and Psychology where she was a member of the Pi-Gamma-Mu & Phi-Eta Honor Societies.

Ana is a member of the Private Law Librarians & Information Professionals special interest section of the American Association of Law Libraries and related regional chapters.
