Anthony MacRi

Anthony Macri has extensive experience in IT and audiovisual support, currently serving as a A/V - Computer Support Specialist at Wiggin and Dana LLP since September 2021. In this role, Anthony leads a team in supervising and scheduling video conference setups while troubleshooting A/V issues. Prior to this position, Anthony worked as a Helpdesk Analyst L2 at NTT DATA Services, providing support to over 400 users, and spent two decades at Greenberg Traurig, LLP as a Desktop Support Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting over 500 users and supervising a team for audiovisual setups. Anthony’s career began at Electronic Solution Providers as an IT Field Support Specialist, focusing on on-site technical support and equipment management. Anthony holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Kingsborough Community College and has also completed training as a Data Processing Technician in Information Technology.
