Wiggin and Dana
David Roth serves as a Partner in the Litigation Department at Wiggin and Dana LLP since September 2013, specializing in Appellate, Art and Museum Law, and Intellectual Property Litigation. In addition to this role, David Roth has been a Visiting Clinical Lecturer at Yale Law School since August 2019, co-directing the Yale Appellate Litigation Project, which provides pro bono legal representation in appellate cases. Prior experience includes a position as Law Clerk for the Honorable Christopher F. Droney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and summer internships at the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Oregon Department of Justice. David Roth holds a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and both a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Classics from the University of Virginia and the University of Oregon, respectively.
