Kate Cassidy

Kate Cassidy is a highly experienced attorney currently serving as a Partner at Wiggin and Dana LLP since March 2024. Prior to this, Kate was a Partner at LTL ATTORNEYS LLP, a prominent minority- and woman-owned litigation firm, from February 2022 to March 2024, focusing on litigation in intellectual property, complex commercial, and class actions. Kate joined Quinn Emanuel in July 2008 as an associate and became Of Counsel in 2017, following an earlier role as an Associate at Nixon Peabody, where litigation involved international commercial disputes and IP. Kate began her legal career as a Foreign Attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, managing international trade disputes. Kate holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center and LL.B. and BSc degrees from the University of Adelaide.
