Katherine Rubino

Katherine Rubino is a Partner at Wiggin and Dana LLP since May 2025, previously serving as Partner and Director of the Life Sciences Practice Group at CALDWELL from September 2018 to May 2025. Katherine also has extensive experience as a Patent Attorney and worked as a Pharmacist at ACCRX, INC from May 2011 to March 2018. Additionally, Katherine held the position of Adjunct Professor at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where responsibilities included organizing pharmacy research rotations and precepting pharmacy interns. Katherine holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Northeastern University, as well as a Juris Doctor with Distinction in Intellectual Property from Suffolk University Law School. Licensed to practice pharmacy in multiple states, Katherine possesses a strong background in both legal and healthcare sectors.
