Nathan Denning

Nathan Denning is a Partner and Counsel at Wiggin and Dana LLP, where employment began in January 2021. Prior to this role, Nathan Denning served as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from October 2012 to December 2020, following a law clerk position for The Honorable James S. Gwin at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio from August 2011 to September 2012. Additional law clerk experience includes work for The Honorable Roger L. Wollman at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit from August 2010 to August 2011, and internships with The Honorable Jeffrey S. Sutton at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit during the summer of 2008. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, achieved in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Electrical & Computer Engineering and Political Science from The Ohio State University, completed in 2007.
