Gordon Moir

Gordon Moir possesses extensive legal experience, beginning as an Assistant Solicitor at Ashurst from 1997 to 1999. After this, Gordon served as General Counsel for BT Retail and Head of the Global Anti-trust and Regulatory Practice at BT plc from 1999 to 2009. Following this role, Gordon held the position of Company Secretary and General Counsel for Wheatley Group from November 2009 to May 2011. Gordon then joined Webb Henderson as a Partner, where the London office and practice were established, serving from May 2011 to August 2014. Gordon co-headed the Competition and served as Head of TMT Regulatory while at Shepherd and Wedderburn from September 2014 to November 2020, and currently holds a partnership at Wiggin since November 2020. Academic credentials include an LLB Hons from the University of Aberdeen and an LLM from the College of Europe.
