As Wight Construction’s Director of Field Operations, Nick is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and staffing of all of the project sites. He coordinates the efforts of the independent Safety Consultant and works with the site superintendents to assure the efficacy of the site logistics and planning. His 15+ years of experience delivering a variety of complex renovation projects equips him to support the field staff in the implementation and enforcement of Wight’s Safety programs.
