A key member of Wight’s PK-12 education practice, Rick is an experienced education architect. He is recognized for his ability to lead clients through the complex decision-making that occurs during the planning and design process.

Rick is passionate about collaborating with clients to create dynamic, student-centered spaces. He is an exceptional team leader with his finger on the pulse of design trends within learning environments.

Rick has completed many notable projects during his career, including serving as the managing and design architect for Chicago Public Schools' major capital improvement program. His projects have earned ongoing recognition from educational organizations worldwide.
