Dean Norman

Dean Norman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the consumer, retail, apparel, textile, and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the CEO and Managing Partner of Norman Consultants since January 2020, Dean leads a retained search firm dedicated to these industries. Additionally, Dean has held the position of Managing Director and Consultant at Wigwam Mills Inc. since March 2021, contributing to a fourth-generation American brand. Previous roles include Managing Partner of the Consumer Practice at Wyndham Mills International and EVP & Chief Brand Officer for Renfro Brands, where oversight included brand management for a diverse portfolio of 22 brands. Dean's career also includes a tenure as President and COO of Renfro Hot Sox LLC and President of Gold Toe. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University School of Business, complemented by studies at Philadelphia University and Woodberry Forest School.
