Tamara Liewes

Tamara Liewes is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Manager of HRM & Organisatieontwikkeling at WIJ Groningen since September 2020, Tamara previously worked at Menzis from December 1998 to September 2020, where roles included P&O adviseur and P&O servicedesk medewerker. Tamara holds a Talenten Motivatie Analyse certification from TMA (2020) and completed an advanced course in HRM Business Partnership & Organisatieontwikkeling at AOG School of Management (2019-2020). A Bachelor’s degree in HR was obtained from Hanze University (2006-2009), and prior education includes studies at Hunzecollege (MEAO, 1985-1989).
