Herman Veldman

Herman Veldman is an experienced professional in technical education and career coaching, currently serving as a Loopbaancoach en -adviseur at COTV since February 2015 and as a Projectleider at Wij Techniek since June 2020. Veldman has led multiple initiatives aimed at guiding students towards technical careers, including the "Met de monteur op stap" project, which offers VMBO participants practical insights by shadowing professionals. Previous roles include Projectleider and VO-consultant at OTIB, and Adviseur Praktijleren at stichting Samenwerking Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven (SBB), where Veldman focused on fostering connections between educational institutions and businesses.
