Andreas Johänntgen

Andreas Johänntgen began their work experience in 2006 as an Industrial Mechanic at ENERVIE - Südwestfalen Energie und Wasser AG before moving on to Stadtwerke Bochum GmbH in 2011 for a Student Internship. Andreas then joined WIKA Gruppe in 2012, starting as a Junior Area Sales Manager and working their way up to Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager MRO/Service, and currently as Director Sales MRO/Service. Their roles involved managing sales teams, developing new customers, and overseeing customer management in various industries in Germany.

Andreas Johänntgen completed their Industrial Mechanic, Operating Technologies degree at Mark-E AG from 2002 to 2006. Andreas then obtained a Technical College Certificate from Berufskolleg für Technik Lüdenscheid in 2006-2007. Andreas later graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Engineering from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen from 2007 to 2012. In 2017, they completed the WIKA Sales Excellence Program at Dale Carnegie Training.
