Felipe Rios has extensive experience in sales and technical support, currently serving as Supervisor de Vendas Internas at Grupo WIKA since July 2013, where responsibilities include leading the sales team across Brazil, Peru, and Guyana, as well as developing the WIKA Customer Portal to enhance sales efficiency. Previous roles include Technical Salesperson, where Felipe was responsible for creating commercial proposals and specifying products, and Technical Instrument Technician, focusing on technical support and repair proposals. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Salesperson at VCP Automação, managing a client portfolio and selling automation projects, and internships at ZF Friedrichshafen, involving maintenance and export documentation.
