Karsten Mottl

Karsten Mottl has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as Head of Strategic Project Management at WIKA Gruppe since June 2007, with previous roles including Senior Operational Project Manager, Head of Customer Service Center, and Teamleader Engineering. Prior to WIKA Gruppe, Karsten Mottl worked as a Projektingenieur at Binsack Reedtechnik GmbH, specializing in the development and construction of custom magnetic contact systems and float switches from October 2003 to May 2007. Earlier experience includes a role as a Stützkurslehrer at Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e.V., focusing on providing support in electrical engineering and mechatronics from October 2000 to September 2003. Karsten Mottl holds a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Allgemeine Feinwertechnik from the University of Applied Sciences Frankfurt/Main and a degree as Energieelektroniker Fachrichtung Anlagentechnik from Elektrizitätsaktiengesellschaft Mitteldeutschland EAM.
