Patricia Szall has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Director of Human Resources at Graphic Packaging International in 1987. Patricia then moved on to be the Vice President of Human Resources at Panasonic Automotive Systems in 2007 before becoming the Vice President of Human Resources at Landis+Gyr in 2011. Currently, they serve as the SVP Human Resources at WIKA Group, where they are responsible for regional talent and people strategies for the Americas. Throughout their career, they have focused on transforming cultures and enabling business growth through strategic HR leadership.
Patricia Szall holds a BSBA degree in Management from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics. Patricia has also obtained certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from World at Work and as a Social & Emotional Intelligence Coach from the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence (ISEI).
