Veronica Pini is the Head of HR for Southern Europe at WIKA, a German multinational leader in industrial automation and instrumentation. With extensive experience in human resources, Veronica coordinates HR functions across Italy, France, and Spain, supporting management in process organization and strategic objectives. Previously, Veronica worked as a Quality Consultant at Solid Group Srl from 1998 to 2001. Veronica holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management and completed an Advanced HR Program at LIUC Business School in 2021.
