Alexander W. Owesen

Alexander W. Owesen is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and the head of the firm's Financing department.

He assists Norwegian and foreign investment banks, brokerage firms and arrangers, banks and financial institutions, private equity firms, public and private companies and other clients in connection with various types of financing transactions, such as acquisition financing, asset financing, project financing and corporate financing, as well as restructurings.

Owesen regularly advises such clients on various types of transaction and debt structures, including bank financing, mezzanine financing, direct lending and the issue of bonds (including super senior structures).

He has special competence in contract law and company law, as well as finance law, security/collateral law, recovery law and enforcement law.
