Scholarship Holder at Wikborg Rein

Amandus Sanden is a Master’s degree candidate in Law at the University of Bergen, currently serving as a Scholarship Holder at Wikborg Rein since August 2024, focusing on a thesis regarding the impact of economic sanctions on legal judgments in Norway. Previous experience includes a trainee role at Norway’s Permanent Mission to the WTO and EFTA, along with various internships across notable organizations such as Justis- og beredskapsdepartementet, Finansdepartementet, and Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS. Amandus has also gained international insights through an exchange semester at The University of Hong Kong and participation in ELSA Law School Uppsala on international arbitration. Amandus's educational background also includes an exchange year at Robina State High School in Australia and completion of secondary studies at Metis videregående.
