Arild Støren Frick

Arild Støren Frick is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's M&A team. Arild has 20 years of experience in transaction work, both as a strategy consultant and as a lawyer. He is also an experienced compliance advisor, assisting clients in both the private and public sectors.

Prior to joining Wikborg Rein in 2022, Arild was heading up Schjødt law firm’s Transaction Department. Arild has also led complex multinational M&A deals as a lawyer from in-house positions, including during his time as GC of Aker ASA (2014-2020), and as a management consultant in McKinsey & Company (2009-2010).
