Kaja Austgulen

Kaja Austgulen is an Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's M&A practice. Austgulen holds a master of laws from the University of Bergen from 2020, with specialisation within stock exchange and securities law. Her work comprises legal assistance to Norwegian and international clients concerning corporate law and different types of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers/demergers, equity investments and other M&A transactions.
