Mari Berg Rindahl

Mari Berg Rindahl is a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and part of the firm's department for shipping and offshore projects. She is dual qualified under English law and Norwegian law. Rindahl has a particular focus on cross-border transactions within the maritime industries, including bank and bond financings and projects related to construction, operation and management of ships and offshore assets, as well as M&A transactions.
