Morten Valen Eide

Morten Valen Eide is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is part of the firm's Shipping Offshore practice. He has long experience as advisor to clients involved in the shipping, offshore and energy industry. His practice covers a wide range of services with emphasis on construction, operation, financing and sale and purchase and of ships, rigs and other types of constructions. He advises clients in negotiations, planning and completing transactions, dispute resolution and with general commercial advise. His experience with dispute resolutions covers major disputes before ordinary courts and by Norwegian ad hoc and institutional international arbitration.
