Ole Henrik Wille

Ole Henrik Wille is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is head of the firm's Corporate, Finance and Tax practice. His main areas of practice relate to mergers and acquisitions, other equity transactions, company and securities law as well as shareholder disputes. Wille has been head and responsible on a number of major transactions the last years. He has also litigated several cases within Norwegian Company Law. From 2015-2017, Wille was partner at the firm's London office where he was in charge of the corporate division of the firm in the London market. Wille is a recommended lawyer in international publications such as Legal 500 and IFLR 1000. He was also in 2019 and 2020 top ranked as "up and coming" M&A lawyer in the Norwegian Financial Daily's annual lawyers survey. Wille has a part time position as lecturer in company law at the University of Oslo.
