Stein Pettersen

Stein Pettersen is Of Counsel at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is part of the Corporate group. He is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court. Stein is working with financing, shipping, company law issues, restructuring and contract law – mainly within the shipbuilding industry. He has held a number of directorships in listed and unlisted companies such as banking, shipping, industry, trade and private equity, and assists on going national and international clients.
