Xiaomin Qu

Xiaomin Qu is a Specialist Counsel at Wikborg Rein's Shanghai office and is part of the firm's Corporate Law practice. Qu’s practice is M&A and Corporate & Commercial law.

Qu has been involved in most of the cross-border investments and transaction from Norway to China since 2010 and gained lengthy experience advising matters in relation to doing business in China from both legal and culture perspective with various industries ranging from manufacturing, medical, retailing, technology, etc.

Qu’s main strength involves set up of new investment, contractual issues, termination in reorganization and downscaling as well as dispute resolution through negotiations and arbitration/litigation before the courts.
