Jaclyn Spears

Jaclyn Spears is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing scalable solutions and web applications. Currently at Fandom since October 2022, responsibilities include building solutions for Metacritic and game sites using Google Cloud Platform and Vue. Previously at Red Ventures, Jaclyn contributed to the CNET and Metacritic brands, also leveraging Google Cloud Platform and Vue. At Liferay, Jaclyn served as a Senior Consultant/Software Engineer, leading projects and enhancing the Liferay platform through various technologies, including Java and React, and mentoring junior consultants. Earlier experiences include roles at CU Direct, EmbTrak, Kudzu Creative Group, and Bob Jones University, with a strong focus on back-end development and diverse programming languages. Jaclyn holds a BS in Information Systems Management/Technical from Bob Jones University.
