Ilias Sousis has extensive work experience in various roles. Ilias is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Wikifarmer, a position they have held since 2018. Ilias is also a Mentor at the Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation | AUEB, a role they have held since 2015. In 2020, they became a Startup Mentor at E-MAILiT Technologies, Ltd. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Head of Domestic Market and YouTube Greece, Cyprus & Malta, Head of Agencies and YouTube - Greece, Cyprus and Malta, and Business Development Manager at Google. From 2004 to 2006, they were the Founder - Sales and Marketing Director at Esther S, where they managed the business in a cross-functional level and established and supervised the company's retail operations. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Management and Business Development Director at Aboutmedia, where they planned and implemented a change in the company's management and business development strategy. From 2004 to 2006, they were the Merchandising Manager at Athens 2004, where they led the 30 employees of the Athens Handball Venue retail store and managed its daily operations. From 2002 to 2004, they were the Account Executive at MullenLowe Group, where they managed the accounts of Unilever, Hellmann's, Marriot Hotels, Chiquita Hellas, Johnson & Johnson and JTI Winston. Ilias also generated and conceived the idea for the Unilever’s “World Heart Day” event, winning the Golden Ermis Award Prize and the first Prize in the PMC European Awards.

Ilias Sousis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business between 2000 and 2005. From 2003 to 2004, they attended the University of Montpellier without obtaining a degree. In 2008, they completed an MBA from INSEAD.
