As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Steadworth since January 2023, Lester is focused on enhancing access to homeownership through unique investment strategies. Additionally, Lester has been a key figure at WikiRealty since February 2016, overseeing a global team and spearheading product architecture and applications. As the Founder of NARE TV since 2012, Lester continues to engage audiences through digital media. Previous experiences include serving as Creative Director at BrandSlip, where Lester developed impactful social media strategies for major brands, and as Co-Founder and CEO of Digitalcade, where initial funding was secured during Lester's time at Princeton University.
