Richard Cavalier serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of Chaplain Alliance for Religious Liberty, overseeing operations and programs since July 2014. Prior roles include Director of Operations engaging with Capitol Hill and Administrative Assistant responsible for legislative research and communications. Richard also contributes to The Daily Caller, writing news stories, and works with Wikistrat as a Researcher I in simulations. Previous experiences include a fellowship at the Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance, graduate assistantship at Missouri State University, and military service as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army. Richard holds a Master of Science in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Marymount University.
