Michelle Guzzo (Ritter)

Michelle Guzzo (Ritter) has extensive experience in various roles within the client services and marketing industry. Michelle is currently a Senior Director of Client Success at Wiland, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Client Success at Wiland from November 2017 to September 2021.

Before joining Wiland, Michelle worked as the Director of Client Services at Digital Fusion, LLC from August 2015 to October 2017. Michelle also held the position of Director of Client Services at IMM - Right Ideas. Real Results. All In. from October 2014 to August 2015.

Michelle began their career as an Online Marketing Specialist at Siemens Medical Solutions from May 2004 to January 2007, and as an Online Merchandiser of eCommerce at eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions (formerly e-Dialog) from May 2000 to May 2004.

From 1996 to 2000, Michelle Guzzo (Ritter) attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations.
