Timothy Sullivan

Timothy Sullivan is a Shareholder at Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba with extensive experience in toxic tort defense, premises liability defense, general casualty defense, and commercial litigation. Timothy has represented clients in various courts including the Delaware Superior Court, Delaware and Eastern Federal District Courts, and Delaware Supreme Court. Additionally, Timothy served as President of the Notre Dame Club of Philadelphia, overseeing community service, camaraderie, faith, and continuing education initiatives for over 5,000 alumni and friends of the University of Notre Dame. Timothy earned their J.D. from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and their B.A. in Government from the University of Notre Dame.
