Richard Dale serves as a Research Partner at Wilbury Stratton since May 2013, providing critical information that assists over a third of the FTSE 100 in shaping strategic business decisions. With a focus on delivering unique and actionable insights, Richard enables companies to navigate their competitive landscape and access top talent. Prior to this role, Richard gained experience as a Consultant at TLP Consultancy Ltd in 2013 and at Lexstra plc from 2010 to 2013. Richard holds a BA (Hons) in English from the University of Nottingham and completed the WOD Foundation Skills - Level 1 at WS Academy.
